That's tough. If your car is in good shape and has only few scratches you can use some auto polish that you can find in any auto shop. Once you are there you have to buy some cotton cloth to use it for polishing. For better results you can use a special brush that can be attached to a hand drill but you have to be careful for not doing more damage to your car.
Anyway be careful of what you're buying for your car because there are allot of car-shops that offer not only the best auto detailing on the market. Read carefully the labels and instructions of the product and ask for references from the vendor. There are auto detailing products on the market that can do more damage for your car than fix a minor problem. So be careful.
If you scratch is deeper and can't be fixed with regular polish, you'll have to call on a specialist.
